How long does it take to build a web3 MVP?

Most agency answers to this question are some version of "three to five months, depending on scope." That answer protects the agency, not you. It is also wrong by half. A founder-tier web3 MVP, scoped honestly and built by senior engineers, ships in six weeks.

Below: the week-by-week breakdown for our three tiers, what is in each milestone, and what makes us faster than the industry average without cutting corners on the part that handles money.

The 6-week build, week by week

This is the schedule for the €39,000 tier, the one most teams pick. Other tiers compress or extend this same shape.

Why we are faster

Not because we cut corners. Because we cut things that other agencies bill for and call value.

• No discovery phase. Scoping happens in one call, not three weeks of design sprints.
• No account manager. The engineers writing your code talk to you directly. No relay.
• No design ceremonies. We use existing component libraries and ship clean defaults. We do not custom-design buttons for an MVP.
• AI-augmented engineering. We use Claude, Cursor, and Codex internally to ship faster. Humans own every line that handles money. The leverage is real, not theatrical.
• Senior engineers only. Nothing is delegated to a junior to "learn on" your codebase. We staff small and senior on purpose.

When six weeks is wrong

Honest disclosure: not every project fits the six-week tier.

• Validate first. If you are not yet sure the idea is real, the four-week testnet tier (€19k) is the right call. Cheaper, faster, lower-stakes.
• Round-ready scope. Token economics, multi-chain, full integrations? The eight-week tier (€79k) is the honest fit. We will say so.
• Outside the box. Some scopes do not fit any tier. Custom L1, ZK circuits with novel constraints, regulated stablecoin issuance with full compliance plumbing. Those are quoted as custom engagements, never as overruns on a fixed-tier deal.
