137 is a small senior team that builds web3 MVPs (smart contracts, frontends, wallet integrations, deploy scripts) on fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline. We absorb overruns. Named senior engineers write the code that handles money. AI accelerates throughput; humans own anything that touches a contract.

Three tiers, fixed price, no hidden fees: €19,000 for a four-week testnet prototype, €39,000 for a six-week audit-ready mainnet build (most teams pick this), and €79,000 for an eight-week tokenized product built for an upcoming round.

We are based in Bulgaria and work with founders worldwide. We do not take retainers, do not bill hourly for builds, and do not staff account managers between you and the engineers. We say no to projects we cannot scope confidently in one call.

External costs that sit outside the build price: smart contract audit fees (€10,000–€30,000 typical for a six-week scope, billed by the audit firm), mainnet deploy gas (under €500 on an L2), and metered third-party services (RPC, indexers, oracles) that you own the accounts for.
